For the convenience of our guests, our salon is a Card-Only Salon.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX.

We require a Credit Card on file when booking an appointment with Lavish Hair Lounge.

The following policy applies: We kindly ask that if you need to change, cancel, or reschedule your reservation, you notify us 48 hours prior. Both text and email reminders will be sent to you 2 days before your appointment. Any appointment canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a fee priced at 50% of the time booked or 2 Hours, whichever is less.

Appointments missed without notice will be subject to a fee priced at the full cost of the service scheduled or 2 hours booked, whichever is less. The card listed on file under the guest’s profile will be subject to immediate charge at the time of the missed appointment.

We look forward to giving you a great experience. To get the most out of your time booked, it is essential to arrive on time. Guests up to 15 minutes late may require modification to their booked appointment. If your goals can not be met with suggested modifications, the late cancellation policy will be in place. Should one of our creatives run behind, we will do our best to contact you promptly. There will be no charge if you need to cancel or reschedule due to our lateness.

Products purchased at Lavish can be exchanged for another product of equal or lesser value within 14 days.

If your product is defective, please get in touch with us, and we will happily replace it for you.

We stand by our work and are happy to make adjustments as long as we are notified within 10 days of your service. Adjustments do not include additional lightening, a complete change of goal, or a change in selected stylist.
