Any Chair is Your Chair
At Lavish Hair Lounge, our goal as a team is to ensure you’re matched with the best stylist for your needs. That means you have the freedom to try ANY or ALL of our stylists! We know change can feel awkward sometimes, but please don’t worry about “cheating” – we’re truly happy when you explore working with different members of our creative team. Your happiness is what matters most to us, and we want you to feel completely comfortable finding your perfect match.
Cards Only, Please
To keep things running smoothly, we’re a card-only salon. We accept all major cards:
- AMEX
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Discover
Booking & Scheduling
Cancellations
Life happens! We totally get it. We just ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to change plans. You’ll get text and email reminders 2 days before your appointment to help you stay on track. For cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, there’s a fee of 50% of the time booked (or 2 hours, whichever is less). We require a credit card on file when booking to make this process smooth.
No Shows
We hate having to charge for missed appointments, but our time is set aside just for you. No-shows will be charged the full service cost (or 2 hours booked, whichever is less) to the card on file.
Running Late?
Hey, traffic happens! If you’re running up to 15 minutes behind, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with your schedule. Sometimes we might need to modify your service to fit the remaining time. If we can’t achieve your hair goals in the shortened time, our late cancellation policy will apply. And if we’re the ones running behind? We’ll reach out ASAP, and you’re welcome to reschedule at no charge.
Products & Services
Product Swaps
Not in love with a product? No worries! Bring it back within 14 days and we’ll happily exchange it for something else of equal or lesser value. Got a defective product? Just let us know and we’ll replace it right away.
Service Touch-Ups
We want you to absolutely love your hair! If you need any adjustments, just let us know within 10 days of your service. Quick note: adjustments don’t include additional lightening, completely changing your goal, or switching stylists.
